EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique
I was introduced to EFT six years ago, and I really liked this technique because I felt positive changes after just the first session.
Over time, I started using EFT in my everyday life whenever I felt fear, anxiety, or other negative emotions. However, what surprised me the most was that EFT also worked when I was experiencing physical pain.
The EFT technique can help in many situations, but it’s surprising that it’s not widely talked about in Latvia. Since I’ve been using EFT in my daily life for many years, it felt only natural to get certified so I could work as an EFT therapist and help others. I regularly continue to expand my knowledge through various seminars and practical trainings. I also stay in daily contact with other EFT practitioners.
