How does an EFT session work, and how can you prepare?
Session Structure:
- Initial conversation with the EFT practitioner
- EFT tapping session
- Brief closing conversation and farewell
Each session lasts approximately 1.5 hours.
Currently, all sessions are held remotely via WhatsApp with video enabled.

You are in a quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed by people, pets, or background noise
You have a glass of clean water and tissues nearby
You are sober—sessions cannot be conducted under the influence of alcohol or drugs
